Tired of health hysteria? Here are the 5 most important health tips!

1. Eat real food

That is healthy food, not processed foods high in fat, salt and sugar. Many, especially men, consume several times more of this than The Directorate of Health recommends. A poor diet is an unfortunate starting point for good health and an active life. There is also the possibility that you gain more weight than necessary, and for men, extra weight results in lower production of the male sex hormone testosterone, which is associated with male virility. Eating more varied, cooking from scratch and looking for the keyhole mark when shopping is an easy way to improve your diet – and maybe sex life?
